Or maybe that’s merfolk. Or Monsters. Or both. Monster May is just around the corner, so get your queer TBR ready! To help, I’ve gathered a long list of Queer Monster Romance on Goodreads for you to check out. More are being added as the list spreads. If you know any other authors that should have their books on this list, don’t hesitate to add them!
For folks looking for more Bi and Lesbian fair, if you haven’t checked out The Lesbrary, you’re definitely going to want to do that. Another stop on the way to all things awesomely queer should be Autostraddle. They “strive for Black and Brown queerness is the center, the norm, the future of our lesbian & queer culture.” Which I’m definitely here for and want to see thrive. Autostraddle is half way to their funding goal for the year. So whether it’s a donation or a subscription, do something to help them keep going.
You want more queer recommendations? Check out these freebies for the Queer Monster Romance April Promo. This is a new promotional event I’ll be running that features all kinds of queer books, with heat levels from 0 to 1000+! Be sure to watch your CWs and TWs here. It has shifters, non-shifters, and a few in between (heart transplant-possession ghost thing? Yeah, it’s on the list)
Downloads & Giveaways
If you’re looking for my giveaways, it’s still running for a while longer. If you’ve already signed up or want a few more entries, you can check out the giveaway. I’ll have a set of Mythical Desires eBooks up for grabs, along with a swag pack featuring The Saint George Chronicles that includes a tote bag, signed paperbacks, bookmarks, and stickers.
For those of you that have read The Saint George Chronicles and signed up recently, I had a bonus AU (alt universe) story you could download for signing up. It’s Xavior and Gregor finding each other in a one of Xav’s memories. The story is loosely based on Little Red Riding Hood. If you haven’t grabbed a copy yet, you can download it here.
Want more Monstrous Data? Check out this recent survey about who reads Monster Romances. It has some cool insights. I’m hoping to see this survey continue and even change over time as more folks engage with it.
As Promised . . .
There is a WIP that features Chuck that I’m thinking about sharing involving Mason, Ian, and Jason. Would you like to read it?
